BKF Error - No information contained in BKF file - Solved
Backup files are used to save important data of users during issues like corruption as they are copies of original Windows data files. The error “There is no information contained in the file.” mostly comes up when trying to backup the database with damaged or corrupt BKF file. Microsoft Windows provides NTBackup utility that can be used to create data backups on a regular basis.
However BKF files being much prone to corruption due to software malfunctioning , power failure , hardware issues etc. might often show the following error message when it is tried to be accessed:
“There is no information contained in the file...”
This error means that the BKF file you are accessing cannot be restored using the NTBackup utility.
